Under the Regulations, a Complaint handling mechanism has been provided for. This complaint mechanism and steps are as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Any client may file a complaint with the Licensed TAM Agency<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>The Agency shall respond to the complaint within 7 working days<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>If the complainant is not satisfied with the Agency\u2019s response, the Client\/Complainant may approach PEMRA\u2019s Appellate Authority, constituted by the Chairman of the Authority.
